Software for shoe and leather repair shops
Ticket workflow automation and a fully integrated point of sale, in one system.
A cobbler writes a lot of small tickets, and the shelf fills with finished work nobody has collected. Spekco tells the customer the moment their shoes are ready, and finds the pair by name when they have lost the stub.

Workflow automation
You do the repair. The ticket does the telling.
One shoes, from the counter to the register. Five things you did, and no message typed.
- On a long repair, Spekco can send progress updates by itself, so the customer does not have to call and ask.
- Finish a repair now and schedule the status change: the ticket moves, and the customer is told, at the time you choose.
- Every notification is included on every plan. There is no charge per message.
- On Pro, the follow-up runs too: a message after the repair, a reminder when service is due, and an invitation to customers who have not been back.
1. You pick your Heel Replacement template
The ticket fills in with its parts, labor and checklist. The customer is emailed that you have their shoes, with a page where they can follow it.
2. You set the status to Waiting on Parts
They are told you are waiting on a matching sole.
3. You send the estimate
They approve it online, and the approval is recorded on the ticket.
4. You set the status to Ready for Pickup
They are told their shoes is ready.
5. You take the payment at the register
They are emailed a receipt.
Integrated point of sale
One register for the repair and the sale
New heels and a tin of polish are one sale, on one receipt.
- The repair is paid at the same register that sells your products. There is no second system, and nothing is typed twice.
- A part fitted on a repair and a product sold at the counter come off the same stock count.
- From the ticket, one button takes you to the register with the balance already in the sale.
Polish, laces, insoles and brushes sell from the same register that takes payment for the repair.
The register is on every plan. How the register works →
The jobs you take in
- Heel replacement
- Half soles and full soles
- Stitching
- Stretching
- Zipper replacement
- Dyeing and refinishing
- Handbag and luggage repair
- Orthopedic build-ups
What to write down at the counter
Whatever you use to run your shop, record these before the customer leaves.
- What the item is, its brand and color
- A pair or a single
- The work asked for on each item
- Scuffs and damage already there
- Whether it is a rush
- Whether it was paid for at drop-off
How a job runs in Spekco
Step 1
A ticket in a few taps
Save heels, half soles and full soles as templates with their prices. Check-in is the customer's name, the template and the color of the shoe.
Step 2
Found by name, not by stub
Search by the customer's name and their tickets come up. A lost claim stub does not hold up the line.
Step 3
Tell them it is ready
Change the status to ready and the customer is emailed. Finished work leaves the shelf sooner, and you are paid sooner.
Pickup, delivery and dispatch
For the work that does not walk in the door.
Pickup
You collect the item from the customer's address. Spekco checks the address against your service radius and adds the fee to the ticket, flat or per mile.
Delivery
The repaired item goes back to the customer's door in a delivery window you set. The customer can choose the time from a link.
Dispatch
A technician goes to the customer, for a trip fee you set. The customer is asked to confirm the visit, reminded the day before, and told when the technician is on the way, with an arrival time.
All three are on Pro, and each is a setting you turn on for the locations that offer it.
On every plan
- Service tickets and workflow
- Point of sale register
- Customer portal with ticket tracking
- Online estimate approval and invoice payment
- Parts and inventory
- Automated email notifications
